Now in its second year Brewers Feast has already received overwhelming attraction. The festival offers a unique opportunity to pair standard and rare craft beers with a range of mouth-watering food options. Brewers feast is a showcase of the best craft beer and food.
The festival will see the historic Abbotsford Convent come alive with a great line up of live music, and an action packed weekend of programming that will draw the standard and new audiences looking for great craft beer, a taste sensation, live music and something new. 

The festival will run from December 1st – 3rd 2017. (Friday Night is a Gala Event)

We are seeking expressions of interest from Craft Breweries, who may be interested in operating across the festival from bump in Friday 1st December, Festival days Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd December 2017. 

Key Information:
•    Festival site sizes are 3 meters x 3 meters only. Operators will need to provide all infrastructure set-up.   
•    The site fee is $1500 + GST and allows you to operate across two days, with 100% return on sales



•    For those vendors that need marquees, coolrooms, ice and more than 2 x 10 / 2 x 15amp / 32amp of power will be charged a small additional fee.
•    All operators must bump in and set up on Friday 1st of December, and must operate both Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd December.  
•    Expected attendance at this year’s festival is 3500+
•    Please note successful operators will need to apply for an individual festival liquor license (additional cost). And we can only accept operators with appropriate insurances.    
•    Please note this form is only an expression of interest and does not guarantee you a site at the festival.
•    We will only be accepting expression of interests till 10th July 2017. If successful, Operators will be finalised and notified by end of July 2017.
