BREWERS FEAST COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:

PATRON, STAFF & TRADERS HEALTH AND SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US!

Brewers Feast is held at the gardens of the Abbotsford Convent over two days (Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th April 2021). Holding the event over two days, plus the site itself allows for increased physical distancing requirements that comply with the current restrictions. Whilst offering the same great festival experience, this allows you more space to stretch out, reduced line up’s and an opportunity to have a chat to the brewers, distillers and producers.

For your safety, we will be implementing measures to ensure total compliance with all relevant and recommended current government restrictions and protocols.

WE WILL BE IMPLEMENTING THE FOLLOWING MEASURES:

  • Signage will be placed throughout the site to remind everyone about physical distancing and best hygiene practices.

  • On entry to Brewers Feast, patrons will be asked to register their details via the event QR code. (Contact tracing will be in place should we need to contact you following the event)

  • On entry to the festival, all patrons will be asked to sanitize or wash their hands at the wash station.

  • Multiple hand-sanitisers and hand-washing stations will be placed and maintained throughout the site including a hand sanitiser at each stall.

  • To limit handling, Brewers Feast will be 100% cashless.

  • All drinks will be served from single use, compostable cups, or cans.

  • Additional cleaning and sanitising measures, including regular high-touch area cleaning during the event and before each day.

  • A comprehensive deep clean will be undertaken before gates open each day.

  • Dedicated COVID Safety Marshals will travel throughout the site reminding all festival goers to maintain physical distancing and good hygiene.

  • Limited access to shared equipment.

  • First Aid staff will be onsite to offer assistance to anyone feeling unwell.

  • Reminder that Security will be onsite guaranteeing everyone’s safety and ensuring everyone follows the COVID safety measures.

  • First Aid Staff, Event Staff, Trader Staff & Contractors will also be following strict hygiene measures, which includes; limiting the use of equipment, QR code check in each day, practicing physical distancing and hygiene practices, wearing a mask whilst indoors and outdoors where social distancing is not an option.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO SUPPORT THESE MEASURES?
