GRAND RIDGE BREWERY (Presenting Partner)
Ekka’s IPA a bold 6% IPA brewed using Equinox and Simcoe hops, medium to high IBU’s with a big orange hit. This beer is a celebration of our founder Eric ‘Ekka’ Walters and 30 years of Grand Ridge Beers. It’s a bold move to open a craft brewery, it was an even bolder move 30 years ago. Here’s to the big guy!
STONE & WOOD
AUSTRALIAN PALE ALE
Cloud Catcher re-Release Tweaked the 2014 recipe to increase the hoppy aromas and flavours, reduced the ABV to 5%, Cloud Catcher is a refreshing Australian Pale Ale, hopped with Galaxy, Ella and Enigma and has tropical stone fruit aromas and flavours. With a medium bodied mouthfeel from the blend of pale and crystal malts, it finishes crisp, with a firm bitterness.
STOMPING GROUND BREWING
KEY LIME SOUR
Our beery take on a key lime pie… crafted from Lactose, lime and Oats/Granita biscuits.
HONEY WHEAT ALE
Our Queenscli ale is a Honey wheat ale. It contains 2 hops. Being a 50% wheat beer gives it has that cloudy look. First hop addition being Amarillo going in at start of boil gives the beer its bitterness, hich Is a similar hop to cascade which happens to be the second hop which goes in at whirlpool for its aroma. The honey goes in at end of boil which pronounces the flavour of this well balanced beer. It's also a local honey from the area.
A tantalising oering of orange, citrus and passionfruit gets you through the door to the tropical flavours inside. A malt bill cleaner than the salesman damask lounge suites allow the hops to shine. This pale golden drop finishes dry, guaranteeing satisfaction.
Champagne on a Beer budget? Brut IPL, brewed to be bone dry and let the hops shine. We have carefully selected hops from Germany and New Zealand to add to the dry character and over all champagne feel. You’re welcome.

WATTS RIVER BREWING
BARREL AGED WILD ALE
This beer began life in our brewhouse on the 20th of April 2017 and was moved a few short days later into ex-Yarra Valley French Oak Barrels, along with a healthy dose of Brettanomyces and bacteria, to continue the fermentation. After spending the next 21 months developing and maturing until it was just right, this beer was finally declared ready to take on the title of 'Daryl'. Dry, tart, oaky, complex and refreshing. Everything we could possibly want from beer.
URBAN ALLEY BREWERY (Program and After Party Partner)
This rustic traditional beer has been given a modern touch using French Saison yeast giving bursts of strawberry and a hint of white pepper. Pale orange in colour yet highly aromatic with citrus notes and the added oats give a soft mouth feel yet dry finish. Like sinking into grandpas comfy chair, gazing at the hanging fern thriving on the warm air of the old sun room, this beer mixes tradition with now.

BELLS BREWING CO.
AMERICAN STYLE AMBER ALE
This American style Amber Ale is a refined expression from Bells Brewing Co. showcasing complex aromas and taste. Five varieties of Gladfield Malt produce a full bodied and textural mouth feel with hazelnut, biscuit and caramel notes. This malt driven Amber is then uniquely balanced by three
hops, added during dierent stages of the brewing process, elevating the palate with citrus, pine and spice for a savoury finish. Amber in colour and style, the rich and complex flavours of this recipe pair well with smoked meats and fried foods, or can be easily enjoyed on its own.
TUMUT RIVER BREWING CO.
A peach infused Pale Ale that is based on peaches and cream ice cream. We've used a Pilsner malt base, a dash of hops and fresh peaches, then added some lactose to give it enough sweetness to lift the aromas of peach and vanilla but not too much to stop you from enjoying a couple! It's much more refreshing and sessionable than you might expect - at least we think so, enjoy!
The beer we were never going to brew! Light in colour, using well balanced pale base malt bill with
some speciality malts from Germany thrown in to give it some complexity!
The hops (Mosaic, Galaxy, Centenial and Chinook) present a big fruit driven notes coupled with Pine/resin giving it the kind backbone that makes your tongue furry.
GREEN BEACON BREWING CO.
A Red IPA created for summer enjoyment, we've called it Red's Dead.
