Brewers Feast Festival Terms and Conditions
All patrons are subject to the Event Terms & Conditions.
Ticket is proof of purchase of the above event. YOU MUST PRINT YOUR BARCODED TICKET AND BRING TO THE EVENT. There will be no entry without printed bar-coded ticket. Only the first presentation of ticket will be honoured.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
It is advisable to prepare for all weather types as the event will not be cancelled or postponed due to inclement or extreme weather and tickets are non-refundable.
Management reserves the right to refuse any patrons.
All patrons aged 18 years and over will be issued with an 18+ wrist band on production of suitable photo I.D. eg; Drivers license, key pass or passport. Wristbands must be worn at all times on the festival grounds.
This is a fully catered event. NO FOOD or DRINK can be brought into the festival except unopened, sealed plastic bottles of water. Any Food or Drink will be confiscated and not returned.
Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of festival grounds.
Management and security reserves the right to inspect patrons property or person upon entry and during the event including bags and/or articles of clothing for the following prohibited items – alcohol, food, bottles, cans, glass, fireworks, explosives, illicit drugs, illegal substances, roller blades, scooters, skateboards, animals (other than assistance dogs) and any other item that in the opinion of management or security could cause harm or public nuisance.
Those found with any prohibited items may be refused entry, be immediately removed or have those items confiscated and those confiscated items will not be returned.
Event organisers and security have the right and will remove any persons displaying anti-social, disrespectful, drunken or aggressive behaviour from the premises immediately.
All persons serving alcohol have a current RSA certificate, so please respect their judgement as we adhere strictly to the guidelines.
Animals (with the exception of assistance dogs) are recommended not be on the festival site. Management reserve the right to not permit an animal (with the exception of assistance dogs) on the festival site.
No smoking permitted on the festival site.
There will be waste bins around the festival, please use appropriately
Patrons are requested to behave in a respectful manner and ensure that on departure they are mindful of noise levels on neighbouring properties.
Entry is at own risk and event organisers, Brewers Feast, any employee, director or agent or the venue providers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering, leaving or on the site to the extent allowed by law. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times on site.
Moshing, stage diving and crowd surfing is strictly prohibited.
All ticket holders consent to any official filming, photographs and sound recording as members of the audience. If you do not consent you need to inform management and follow the instructions to avoid official filming, photographs and sound recordings.
Service of alcohol and food from any supplier may not be available for the entirety of the day.

Any person who attempts to use invalid or forged festival wristband, attempts access without proper entry methods or in any way trespasses, will be handed over to Police and charged. Anyone trespassing or assisting anyone to trespass will be ejected and charged with trespass. Please don’t cross festival boundaries at any time. Access via any other point other than the one official entry/exit is trespass.
No trading, promotion or signage allowed without prior consent.
Brewers Feast reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any artists or brewers or other suppliers, vary any advertised program, change venue and vary audience capacity. No claim for compensation shall be made in the event that the program is varied due to the non- appearance or attendance of any artist, brewer or supplier advertised or not.
Event organisers will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of any person’s personal property in the event grounds including parking areas.
There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the festival.
Over 18's only unless accompanied by an adult. Photo ID is required and must be a valid proof of identification. Children under 12 free entry, limited tickets available and will be provided by contacting the Brewers Feast Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
